For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Take active part in development:

• In collaboration with a team, design and create games and other products

• Engage in proof of concept and tool creation type of tasks

• Contribute into development and improvement of company, frameworks/tools

Oversee the development processes:

• Create and maintain line related documentation

• Constantly work on process optimization

• Suggest and implement best practicies

• Maintain client development team backlog

Team:

• Take active part in recruitment process

• Mentor and support junior team members

• Stimulate knowledge transfer within the team

• Have clear picture on team members skills

• Take part in team members evaluation proces

• Take part in project estimations

• Participate in pre-sale calls

• Have an up-to-date understanding of the company goals and continuously work/strive to align/improve the specific line processes, knowledge and daily work in that direction.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in game development

• 2+ years of experience in HTML5

• Experience on Architect/Lead/Senior developer positions

• Strong JS (ES 6), HTML5, CSS3

• Experience with HTML5 game frameworks (PIXI, Phaser, ImpactJS, ThreeJS, Canvas API, WebGL)

• Experience with various creative prototyping tools and in translating creative concepts into code

• Game Engine development

• Design patterns, GIT flow, code optimization techniques for various devices, OOP knowledge

• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills

• Ability to rational and critical thinking, seeks solutions when you find problems

• Team management experience

• English level — upper intermediate
  

• Hands-on experience with AI tools as part of everyday work is a must
  
  Will be a plus:

• Experience in gambling projects

• Unity experience
