For which tasks (responsibilities)?

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Identify and evaluate potential publishing partners to forge strong collaborations that drive growth and innovation.

  • Monetization Strategy Development: Create and implement monetization strategies tailored to individual games, ensuring optimal revenue growth while maintaining a focus on user satisfaction.

  • Feature Design: Conceptualize and draft monetization features for both existing and new projects, maximizing user engagement and retention across our game portfolio.

  • Testing and Optimization: Lead ad mediation tests and continuously iterate on strategies to enhance performance across the company's games.

  • Partner Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key advertising partners to ensure seamless communication and sustained long-term success.

  • A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests aimed at improving both user experience and monetization effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for future decisions.

  • Behavior and Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing audience behavior, working closely with product and marketing teams to refine strategies.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in monetization management, ideally within the mobile gaming industry.

  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of monetization metrics, user behavior analysis, and ad mediation processes. Strong understanding of various mobile game genres (e.g., hypercasual, casual, mid-core, skill-based, etc.) and the differences in monetization strategies tailored to each genre.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to deconstruct game mechanics and implement monetization strategies that balance user engagement with revenue generation.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to make data-informed decisions that produce tangible results.

  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a history of managing cross-functional teams and developing productive partner relationships.

  • Adaptability: Enthusiasm for staying ahead of market trends and proactively adjusting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

Nice to Have:

  • Alternative App Stores Knowledge: Familiarity with alternative app stores (Galaxy Apps, Amazon etc.) and their specific requirements and challenges would be highly beneficial.

  • User Data Privacy: Understanding of user data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other relevant regulations.
