Hi there! We are a holding company that creates games and applications for various platforms: VR, PC, mobile.

One of our projects is a metaverse where users have no borders and are able to both consume and create their own content.

We have made quick progress and now we are setting ambitious goals. In order to achieve them successfully we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Implement overall recruiting strategy; 

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; 

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives; 

  • Overseeing the full recruiting cycle for positions from middle to c-level; 

  • Develops effective ideas and creative solutions to streamline and improve the process of recruiting for active and passive candidates; 

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.; 

  • Manages workflow, data integrity and communication through applicant tracking system and other recruiting data sources; 

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes; 

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices; 

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team; 

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process; 

  • Seeks to understand and then educates internal customers on interviewing techniques and recruiting best practices.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in recruiting for IT/game dev companies; 

  • Seeks to understand and then educates internal customers on interviewing techniques and recruiting best practices; 

  • Experience working with employees as business partners: detecting and highlighting issues during the hiring process, proposing and discussing solutions; 

  • Advanced English (at least B2); 

  • Experience with direct search (e.g., LinkedIn) and managing ATS system; 

  • Ability to work independently and self-manage; 

  • Creativity and willingness to explore and introduce new ideas and concepts; 

  • Being a results-driven professional.
