We develop games in the casual simulator genre, offering a high-quality immersive experience for a wide audience.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Participate in product and gameplay brainstorming sessions.

• Work closely with a small team to shape and build a new game.

• Rapidly test ideas through prototyping and internal playtests.

• Take ownership of features and iterate them to a polished, shippable state.

• Identify opportunities to scale content using existing systems.

• Handle asset integration and maintenance in Unity.

• Ensure that controls, core mechanics and systems deliver great player experience.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience as a Tech/Core Game Designer on a real-time 3D title (e.g. sandbox, shooter, ARPG, etc.).

• Proven experience owning a mechanic or 3Cs (Character, Camera, Controls) in a shipped product.

• Excellent game feel and real-time gameplay sensibilities.

• Strong understanding of UX and player experience.

• Practical experience working with Unity.

• Basic coding/scripting ability (C# or similar).

• Experience using AI tools in content pipelines.

• Experience with rapid prototyping / “vibe coding” (custom tools, quick iterations, Bezi/MCP or similar).

• Good awareness of modern AI tools and capabilities.

Nice to have:

• Basic skills in Blender.

• Experience working on VR titles.

• Experience collaborating with marketing teams or content creators.

• Experience building viral or creator-friendly features.
